DESCRIPTION
LHY Ribbon Mixer is generally used for mixing of sticky or cohesive powder, and for mixing of powder with liquid and paste material. Meanwhile, due to the difficulty of cleaning of sticky material, it is used for mixing of big quantity, seldom changed material.
FEATURES
Structure of ribbon mixer.
1.Consist of U shape vessel, ribbon stirring blades and driving part.
2.U shape long barrel structure, guarantee the small resistance movement of mixed material (such as powder, semi-fluid) in the barrel.
3.Positive and negative rotating ribbon bar is placed on the same horizontal shaft, forming a low dynamic, high efficient mixing environment. The ribbon blades are made into two or three layers, of which the outer layer draw the material from periphery to center, the inner layer push the material from center to periphery. Thus, the material can forme more eddy when flowing. All in all, the mixing velocity are increased, and the uniform of mixing are improved.
