APPLICATIONS
BGB series high efficiency coater is applied for pharmaceutical and food industry. It is a high efficient, energy saving, safe, clean, GMP complying coating machine of mechatronics suitable for organic film coating, such as tablets, pellets, candy, etc, for water soluble film coating, slowly and controllable releasing coating, drop pellets coating, sugar coating, and for chocolate, candy coating.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Impacted by linear guide plate, the plain column do a constant complex track movement in the clean and closed rotating roller. During the movement process, according to the given specific process and reasonable process parameter, the system spray coating medium automatically. Meanwhile, the hot air was supplied under the state of negative pressure, which is released from the bottom of plain column after go through the plain column. Thus the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the plain column dry quickly and evenly, forming strong and smooth film surface.
FEATURES
The control system with PLC and HMI is designed feasibly, with flexible programming, the machine can meet various pharmaceutical processes requirements. And with reliable operation, stable performance, it meets GMP standard.
Under the effect of streamline guide plate stirrer, the plain column reverse smoothly, exchange frequently, no the phenomenon of fall down and collision of the plain column disappear, which fend off fragments and edge collision, thus increase product rate. The small area of guide plate surface, the adhesion of dressing to the surface of the guide plate is avoided, which save the dressing, and improve the drug quality.
· The machine is equipped with variable peristaltic pump, and without return pipe. The turning radius of idler wheel change with the variation of pressure timely. The output pulp keep balanced with the spray of pulp automatically, which stabilize the atomizing effect, simplify spray system, prevent spray gun block, in turn, save the dressing. Moreover, easy to clean and no dead corner.
With the spray gun designed and manufactured specially for coating, the machine can perform uniform atomizing, big spray area, and is free from loading quantity affect given all direction adjustable nozzle. The block cleaning structure of spray gun can make the coating incessantly, which shorten coating time, save dressing of coating.
